Well the show
was at the hideaway in St. Catharines, and it was the first
time i got to check out alexisonfire playing live. I was going
to earlier in the year , however going to ticketmaster was
out of the way for me, and i was hoping they would come back
soon. To my luck they had a show scheduled in St. Catharines.
A local band from Welland called Sevenatenine. They kicked
amazing ass and right from than i knew it was going to be
an amazing night. They rocked out hard and if anyone gets
the chance should go see them. Next up was a band called Policies
and Procedures, i wasnt sure what kind of music i was expecting
to hear from them, but as it turned out they were perfect
for the crowd. By that point of the night, everyone of the
550-600 people there were ready for some Alexisonfire. Even
before they started playing people were going nuts. There
was dancing, kissing booths, everything to make a man happy.
I would have to say its the first time i have ever seen crowd
surfing at The Hideaway. The music was totally amazing from
Alexisonfire, it was the best local show i have even seen.
The energy Alexisonfire produced, is unforgettable, and if
you ever miss out on seeing these guys, i pity you. ps. its
Alexis-on-fire....not alex-is-on-fire...
