Hollow
As soon as I put on this "Self-Titled" album on, I was blown
away. I was astounded at how great it sounded. The recording
is excellent, and the writing is very well done. It is evident
a great deal of effort was put into constructing this album.
Prominent, clear singing resounds over ultimately unique lead
guitar playing, as the drummer hammers away. The songs consume
you, they envelope your heart because they have so much passion
and emotion flowing through them. This most definitely is
one of those bands that are capable of grabbing hold of your
mood and taking your breath away. I have yet to see Somehow
Hollow, but I plan on going out of my way next time to see
them. Have a listen for yourself, and you will be hooked instantly
as well.
