First can you
introduce the band by name, age & postion in the band:
(starting with, shortest in the band,
Dave, Rick, Keith, Aaron, Mike, Ryan) 17, 14, 15, 16, 16,
16.
Dave - guitar, vocals.
Rick - drums.
Keith - trumpet, vocals,
Aaron - sax./trombone/doggy style, vocals,
Mike - bass guitar, vocals,
Ryan - sax./guitar, vocals .
I see on your
website that your doing some recording soon making some videos
& planning your own label. How are all the projects going?
That's a good question Kevin……. We
plan to record sometime in April, details for that are still
in the works, but we're sexy so we'll work it out! Oh, and
yes, we recorded us playing naked, buying porn (or attempting
to) and doing just some other pretty crazy stuff, like caroling!
We plan on putting them up on the internet for downloading
soon, and labels? Well that's just so we have a name and company
to release our own stuff under, as well to let our friends
use it too.
What are all
your hobbies outside the band?
Keith - I play soccer and listen to
music, Rick - I don't know…… Ryan - I play baseball and basketball,
and video games! Aaron - baseball and eat! Mike - Smash Brothers!!!!!!!!!!!
Dave - "intercourse" with Mike, that is all.
How did you
form the band & how whould you describe your sound?
We were in a boyband as children, but then decided it was
too commercial so we went to ska, and that is all. We play
fast punk, happy sounding ska! (and a pinch of hardcore).
Does one person
write all your songs or do you all have some input?
Everyone writes our stuff, we feed on the ideas that we give
each other, the bass writes the bass, mike writes his lines,
daves writes his guitar riffs, and rick creates the beats,
we all work on lyrics.
If you could
play with one band anywhere who would it be & why?
Reel Big Fish in our basement (because
we are known for our great basement shows!).
How has being
on Ontariopunk.com helped the band?
People leave messages on our boards saying they found us there,
we've gotten an offer for a record contract, we've had an
offer to be on a compilation, we get a lot of exposure from
it.
For all the
ladies out there, boxers or briefs? For the guys, whats your
best pickup line?
Mike - boxers, so, whats your opinion on pedophiles
Ryan - boxer-briefs, "I have a penis…it wiggles!"
Rick - boxers, nice legs, what time do they open?
Keith - boxers, is there an airport near by? Or is my heart
just taking off?
Aaron - neither (kinky), I'm brown
Dave - thongs, nice shoes…. Would you like to engage in a
nice evening of the sex.
Where do you
see the band in 5-10 years?
Jail………. Possibly PlayGirl .
